Are you thinking about selling your home? Before you do anything, it is a good idea to clarify your motive for selling. You will also want to determine a basic time frame for the selling process.

1. Decide to sell

Why do you want to sell your home? Houston is a wonderful and Large city that offers many great neighborhoods. Maybe you want to find a larger home because your family has grown, or maybe you are downsizing. You might just want to move closer to where you work or to a new neighborhood you’ve always enjoyed. Whatever the reason for selling, you should consider your specific financial, lifestyle, and real estate goals.

2. Select an agent (Laura Bonck) and price

3. Prepare to Sell

4. Marketing your home

Once the home is ready to list, your job is done. As your agent, I will make sure your home gets great marketing exposure. As a Greenwood King agent, I have access to several marketing tools that most other agents do not have access to. We advertise in a variety of publications: Houston Business Journal, Paper City, The Wall Street Journal, Memorial Examiner, River Oaks/West U/Bellaire Examiner, Heights pages, and many more….

5. and 6. Accept an Offer and Close!

Once we have negotiated and accepted an offer, we move into the inspection, title and appraisal process. As your agent, you don’t have to worry about any hiccups in the process as I will take care of each step so there is no stress. My goal is to get you to the closing table successfully!
