I am proud to be a Native Houstonian; I believe Houston is the best place to live!

A client once told me that I was the friendliest “go getter” that she had ever met. This was the biggest compliment as my goal is to provide the best possible service. I do whatever it takes to figure out the best solution for each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

I enjoy meeting new people and building relationships. As a Realtor, I am committed to building trust and lasting relationships first and the right contract or house second. Buying or selling a home is an emotional process and my role is to make the experience as smooth and pleasant as possible.

I believe I have a knack for making everyone comfortable in any environment. I place my client’s needs above my own and I only give advice that will benefit them. That approach has not only generated more business but many of my clients have also become friends.

I believe in giving back to the community. I have served at the Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo; volunteered for a number of young professional organizations; been a spiritual counselor at The Source for Women; and taught a bible study class for two years at Second Baptist Church. My husband and I are active members at Second Baptist and participate in a number of church activities.

I14102718_10108729420657904_3484976345032992292_n grew up in the Memorial area and graduated cum laude from Texas A & M with a double business degree in marketing and supply chain management. I worked on Wall Street for a year and then returned to Houston to work for an oil and gas company for five years before transitioning to real estate. I credit my prior career with teaching me to negotiate contracts at the highest level and developing a keen insight for the market and Houston economy.

Travel intrigued me at an early age. I have been on mission trips all around the worked and I studied abroad for a semester in college. My husband and I also love traveling together. We are very active people, so we enjoy hiking, kayaking, running, or anything that allows us to be outdoors.

My husband and I also started a real estate investment company called Bonck Home Buyers. We buy and rehab old worn down homes. We are not quite as good as Chip and Joanna Gains, but it is something we are passionate about.
